🚀 Getting Started
1. Sign Up
- Visit https://susudesk.com
- Click "Start Free Trial"
- Fill in your company details
- Create your admin account
- Start your 7-day free trial!
2. First Login
After registration, you'll be directed to the dashboard. Take a moment to explore:
- Dashboard: Overview of your business metrics
- Customers: Manage your customer database
- Agents: Add and manage collection agents
- Settings: Configure your company profile
3. Initial Setup
- Update Company Profile: Go to Settings → Update company name, email, phone
- Add Agents: Go to Agents → Click "Add Agent" → Fill in details
- Add Customers: Go to Customers → Click "Add Customer" → Enter customer info
- Create Accounts: Go to Accounts → Create accounts for customers
📊 Dashboard
Your command center showing real-time business metrics.
Key Metrics
- Total Collections: Sum of all collections for the selected period
- Total Withdrawals: Sum of all withdrawals
- Active Customers: Number of customers with active accounts
- Account Balance: Total balance across all accounts
Charts
- Collections Trend: Track collection performance over time
- Agent Performance: Compare agent collection amounts
👥 Managing Customers
Adding a Customer
- Navigate to Customers
- Click "Add Customer"
- Fill in required fields:
- First Name & Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email (optional)
- Address (optional)
- Click "Save Customer"
Editing Customer Details
Click the Edit button next to any customer to update their information.
Customer Status
- Active: Customer can make transactions
- Inactive: Customer cannot make new transactions (historical data preserved)
💳 Managing Accounts
Creating an Account
- Go to Accounts
- Click "Create Account"
- Select the customer
- Choose account type (Savings, Daily Susu, etc.)
- Set initial balance (if any)
- Click "Create Account"
Account Types
- Daily Susu: Daily collection accounts
- Savings: Regular savings accounts
- Fixed Deposit: Time-locked savings
Viewing Account History
Click on any account to view complete transaction history including collections and withdrawals.
💰 Recording Collections
Making a Collection
- Navigate to Collections
- Click "Record Collection"
- Select customer and account
- Enter amount collected
- Select collecting agent
- Add notes (optional)
- Click "Save Collection"
Collection Receipt
After recording a collection, you can:
- Print receipt
- Send SMS notification to customer
- Email receipt (if customer has email)
💸 Processing Withdrawals
Making a Withdrawal
- Go to Withdrawals
- Click "Process Withdrawal"
- Select customer and account
- Enter withdrawal amount
- Verify sufficient balance
- Click "Process Withdrawal"
Withdrawal Limits
Some account types may have withdrawal restrictions. The system will alert you if a withdrawal violates any rules.
👨💼 Managing Agents
Adding an Agent
- Navigate to Agents
- Click "Add Agent"
- Fill in agent details:
- Full Name
- Username
- Password
- Phone & Email
- Assign role (Agent, Supervisor, or Accountant)
- Click "Save Agent"
Agent Roles
- Agent: Can record collections and view customer data
- Supervisor: Agent permissions + can view reports
- Accountant: Can process withdrawals and view financial reports
Agent Performance
Track each agent's collection performance through the Reports section.

Available Reports
- Collections Report: Total collections by period
- Withdrawals Report: Total withdrawals by period
- Agent Performance: Collections per agent
- Customer Report: Customer account summaries
- Balance Report: Current account balances
Filtering Reports
All reports can be filtered by:
- Date range
- Agent
- Customer
- Account type
Exporting Reports
Click "Export PDF" to save reports for offline viewing or printing.
📱 SMS Center
Sending SMS
- Go to SMS Center
- Select recipients:
- All Customers
- Active Accounts
- Specific Customer
- Custom Number
- Compose your message
- Click "Send SMS"
SMS Quota
Each plan includes monthly SMS credits:
- Basic: 500 SMS/month
- Professional: 2,000 SMS/month
- Enterprise: Unlimited SMS
💳 Managing Subscription
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Subscription
- View available plans
- Click "Upgrade" on desired plan
- Complete payment via Paystack
- Enjoy expanded features immediately!
Renewing Subscription
When your subscription is expiring:
- You'll receive email notifications
- Banner will appear in dashboard
- Click "Renew Now" to continue service
Cancelling Subscription
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
