SusuDesk is a platform that helps you manage your Susu collection business. These terms explain the rules for using our service.

Your Account

Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legal contracts. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your password safe and don't share it
• Provide accurate information when you sign up
• Tell us immediately if someone accesses your account without permission
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account

Pricing and Payments

Free Trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. After the trial, you'll need to choose a paid plan to continue using the service.

Paid Plans

• We bill you monthly in advance
• Prices are in USD but charged in Ghana Cedis through Paystack
• Your subscription renews automatically each month
• You can upgrade or downgrade anytime

Refunds

We don't offer refunds, but if you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

If Payment Fails

If your payment doesn't go through, we'll try to contact you. If we can't collect payment within 7 days, we'll suspend your account.

What You Can and Can't Do

You Can:

• Use the service to manage your Susu business
• Add customers, agents, and track collections
• Export your data anytime

You Can't:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Try to hack or break into the system
• Copy or resell our software
• Send spam through our SMS feature
• Share your account with others

Your Data

You own all the customer data you put into the system. We'll never sell it. We may use anonymized data to improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Our Service

We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but:

• We can't guarantee 100% uptime
• We may need to do maintenance sometimes
• We're not responsible for issues beyond our control (internet outages, etc.)

Cancellation

If You Cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. After 90 days, we may delete your data.

If We Cancel Your Account

We may suspend or cancel your account if you:

• Break these terms
• Don't pay for the service
• Use the service for fraud or illegal activities

Liability

We provide the service "as is." We're not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
